Just wanted to toss out a quick status update. I'll be leaving for Japan tomorrow (a 1 year assistant teaching position at two high schools in Takaoka-shi through the JET program). I probably won't be able to connect to the internet for a while, so I might be radio silent for longer than usual.

You can't see Ty Lee, but she's in the back doing a pretzel.

Honestly though, I just plain forgot to add her. I'm not sure how I did that exactly, seeing as how this piece was inspired by how many girls Sokka gets. I guess I'll just have to draw another piece to include the ships I missed: Ty Lee, Azula, Boomerang, and Sword.

I promised myself that I wasn't going to peak at episodes before they aired despite all the "leaked" episodes. And I was doing so well too. Unfortunately, my job stress + application essay stress got to me, and I just couldn't take it anymore. I caved and watched 3.09 - "Nightmares and Daydreams", and 3.10/11 - "Day of Black Sun"

Okay, I'm sure I have more to say, but I need to shower and sleep now. So I'll end this here.

In short, my humblest apologies Bryan, Mike and the whole Avatar team for watching these episodes before they air. But I'll will ABSOLUTELY be watching them again during their regularly scheduled timeslot, and will of course be buying the S3 DVDs when available to round out my Avatar DVD collection. Everybody wins. Yay~
